Markup: 'Secure Handling of Ammonium Nitrate Act of 2007'

The Committee on Homeland Security will meet in open markup session at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2007, and continue on Thursday, April 26, 2007 and subsequent days as may be necessary, in 210 Cannon House Office Building to consider the following measure:
H.R. 1680, to authorize the Secretary of Homeland Security to regulate the sale of ammonium nitrate to prevent and deter the acquisition of ammonium nitrate by terrorists. The “Secure Handling of Ammonium Nitrate Act of 2007.”
